Look down at the notification area. If you don't see the square, white Google Drive icon, it means Google Drive isn't running. We've seen it fail to start up once or twice for people.

Open the Start menu, then open Google Drive from your applications. This should solve the issue. (You can just open the Start menu using the Windows key or by clicking on it, then start typing "Google Drive" to locate the application easily.)

If this doesn't resolve the issue, or if you have issues with Google Drive starting, I would reboot and try opening it again from the Start menu after you log back in (if it doesn't start up on its own). If you're still having issues after this, please reopen this ticket and let us know.
