How to let the Tech Team know about a withdrawn student
Last Updated 5 years ago

Withdrawn students from the end of the school year through August 14

At SMCE, SMCMS, and ECCHS, we will pull a list of new students from Admin Plus, since we can do that easily. You don't need to do anything about withdrawn students between the end of the previous school year and Aug. 14.

At St. Leo
, we don't have a student information system like Admin Plus, so we'll need your help in this. We will share out a spreadsheet through Google Drive at the beginning of the summer, and withdrawals can be added as you are notified, so we have that information when we do our account work at the end of the summer.

At the end of the summer, on Aug. 15, we will pull the information from Admin Plus and from the SL spreadsheet and work on deactivating accounts. Adding students the the spreadsheet or marking them as withdrawn in Admin Plus is adequate notice for us through that date.

Withdrawn students from Aug. 15 through end of school year

Please submit an individual ticket for student who is withdrawing our system via the new ticket page on the helpdesk website. Please do not email this ticket in, as there's a web form to fill out that helps to make sure we have all the information that we'll need to close accounts and collect equipment. On the new ticket page you'll need to fill in your name and email, and then choose Withdrawn Student from the Help Topic drop-down menu:

After you make this choice from the menu, you'll be provided with a form asking for some additional information. Please fill it out completely. There are some Additional Instructions on the page to assist you when filling out the ticket. Please be sure to read them.

⚠️NOTE: Please choose the Date Leaving field so that it will be after the last day the person needs access to their accounts, as we will terminate the account access on that day.

⚠️NOTE: If you know a student is transferring to another school in the system, please be sure to note that in the body of the ticket. Internal transfers will keep their existing accounts, so the process will be different for them than for students who are withdrawing entirely from the system.
